Then Victorian Premier Steve Bracks comments on the Liberals’ election proposal for a desalination plant, November 13, 2006 shortly before the 2006 state election.
Of course we now know the real hoax was on those Victorian voters who believed and trusted Bracks and his party.
Our group, from the Bass Coast Victoria, believe that there are sustainable solutions to Victoria’s water shortages without the environmental catastrophe the Wonthaggi desalination plant will cause.
